At Family Shoe Centre, we want your whole family to walk comfortably, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn footwear in its original packaging. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, we are here to help with a quick and easy exchange or refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Shoes

Place the unworn shoes in their original brand box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer box to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
